My brother got a new phone/when will i get my own phone

My Brother got a new phone earliar this morning, too bad his doing part time job, bet that when he comes back he've be excited.He waited 21days (i think) for this phone the phone was a gift from my father to him, and i was wondering when am i gonna get my own phone my other brother is getting one too, so when will i get my own phone?
